Piña Coladas

Make Your Own Pina Colada from POLYWOOD (POLYWOOD Blog)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • cups ice
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • piece fresh pineapple (or strawberries) for garnish

Directions

1. Place the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, light rum, and ice in a blender. Pulse until smooth and combined, then pour into a glass.

2. Top with 1/2 ounce dark rum and garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple, or strawberries like we did and enjoy!
